Alternating Pressure Pad and Pump System
The bubble style pad effectively reduces pressure and is made with a heavy gauge, medical grade vinyl that is easy to clean, flame retardant and anti-bacterial. The pump mounts to the bed with the built-in mounting bracket and features an illuminated on/off switch. The automatic 5-minute cycle alternately inflates and deflates. The pump is available with a standard fixed pressure pump or a deluxe variable pressure pump.

Premium Guard Gel Overlay
The new and improved gel overlay has an upgraded 300 lb. weight capacity and optimizes pressure redistribution with designated head and foot sections. 15 gel bladders cover the entire patient contact area and the full length “head-to-toe” gel bladders minimize “bottoming out” and “pitting”. The bladders contain an aqueous non-toxic gel and polystyrene beads. The new convoluted foam topper vastly improves patient comfort and air circulation. The gel overlay features four elastic corner straps to secure the overlay to the mattress and is made with a urethane coated nylon cover that is water resistant and vapor permeable. The vinyl base is stain resistant and waterproof.
Alternating Air Pressure Mattress System with Low Air Loss
The Apollo 3-Port, Alternating Air Pressure Mattress System with Low Air Loss incorporates the features that clinicians demand for their patients in a portable system. The mattress utilizes 16 independent deep air cells to provide pressure redistribution for the prevention and treatment of Stages I-IV pressure ulcers. User friendly controls and ease of setup make the Apollo 3-Port, ideal for institutional use and the home-bound patient. The mattress is designed to fit all standard hospital beds and Apollo 3-Port supports patient weights up to 350 lbs.
